How do I find the Redemption code/key on SOFTWAREHUBS after purchase?
When you buy Adobe Photoshop Elements or Adobe Premiere Elements from SH, you receive a redemption code in your Order e-mail. Redeem this code to get your serial number which is required to install your Elements product.

How do I redeem this item on Adobe.com?
Before you begin, jot down the redemption code/key provided by Softwarehubs (per the instructions above).
- Go to www.adobe.com/go/getserial
- Do one of the following:
Returning Adobe customer? Sign in using your email and existing Adobe password.New to Adobe? Select Create an account, and then follow the onscreen instructions.
- Enter the redemption code/key provided by Softwarehubs and select Redeem.
- Note: Jot down the serial number displayed. (You’ll need it later during installation.)
- Select Download.
- Open the downloaded file and follow the instructions to complete the installation.
- Once installation completes and the app opens, select Photo editor to open Adobe Photoshop Elements or Video editor to open Adobe Premiere Elements.
- Sign in again, if prompted.
- In the activation screen, select Activate now.
- Enter the serial number to activate your software and then select Next.
Note: The serial number for Adobe Photoshop Elements starts with 1057, and for Adobe Premiere Elements, it starts with 1143. - Your app opens and is ready to use.
