Cracking software is piracy, which is illegal. It’s like if someone removed the bar code from an article of clothing in a department store to keep the theft alarm from going off and then handed it over to you. If you knew it was stolen and took it, you’d be a party to the crime.
Besides, getting cracked software has also been known to contain viruses and could be a threat to your computer, and you probably wouldn’t want that.
Adobe offers a free, fully functional, 30-day trial if you want to look into that, but if you don’t like the idea of a subscription model, check out our Brandhubs. It’s a one-time cost of around $110-$900 USD and is very similar to Adobe Acrobat XI, Adobe Acrobat 2017, Adobe Acrobat 2020, Adobe Acrobat Pro DC etc.
Please do not pirate software.
You can purhcase a legitimate used copy of Acrobat on Adobe Store, Bestbuy, Walmart, SoftwareHUBs. It may be a bit normal cost- but it is legal and free of malware.
Downloading a pirated copy of Adobe Acrobat on PC is a bad choice. Now you know the cost of that choice.
The only way I know of to obtain software illegally is to use other website. The way other website work is that as you are downloading illegal software, you are also uploading it. Not only can you be charged for copyright violation for downloading it illegally, you will face an even stiffer punishment for uploading it.
In addition to breaking the law and risking a huge fine for copyright violation, the chances of you downloading a virus that infects your computer and renders it inoperable are high.
So the answer is, you can’t do it unless you want to break the law. I’m not interested in helping anyone break the law that so that’s as much as I have to offer.
There is no such thing as a free serial number for Adobe. It’s a commercial product revolutionising the document industry, with 30 years’ worth of intellectual property. Its developers are very talented, yet somehow Adobe is surprisingly reluctant to pay their salaries out of sheet admiration. Adobe gave away the free Reader and donated the PDF format to ISO to generate the market for the premium PDF functionality in Acrobat, sharing this pie with other talented and hardworking PDF software developers. That’s where the generosity ends, although the 15 dollars a month subscription is not precisely a rip-off for the unsurpassed PDF powerhouse packing everything to do with the format. If that’s too much, there are cheaper competitors, but — and here comes a bonus answer to another question that just won’t die — free PDF editors with advanced features do not exist because they are also created by humans with families to feed.
Now, serial numbers. These are a thing of the past. Adobe doesn’t use them anymore except for a couple of exotic scenarios you’ll have to forgive me for skipping. Adobe made itself so successful in the software world by going all in on subscriptions. You set up an account with them, which tracks your entitlements. Naturally, you must be online for Adobe Creative Cloud App / Adobe Acrobat to be able to verify if your account has an active subscription. Or an active 7-day free trial that has not expired.
