Ivanti is a software company that provides IT management solutions. The company was founded in 2012 and has its headquarters in Boston, Massachusetts.
Ivanti’s mission statement is “to make it easy for organizations to manage their IT.” It does this by providing cloud-based solutions that offer visibility into the status of systems across an organization, as well as automated responses for when something goes wrong.

Company History

Ivanti was founded by CEO Jim Schaper in 2002. He started the company with the goal of creating a better way for IT professionals to manage their organizations’ technology resources.
In 2003, Ivanti acquired Netopia Software, which enabled them to offer more products for remote management and control of networks and systems. In 2005, they acquired Synetrix Technologies Inc., which brought them into compliance management solutions for data centers and networks. In 2008 they acquired Cybertech International Limited (Cybertech), which brought them into monitoring solutions for virtual environments such as VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization platforms–and also gave them access to their own proprietary software development kit (SDK) that could be used by third parties looking for solutions based on these technologies!

The company’s stock symbol is IVAN, and it trades on the Nasdaq stock exchange.
The company’s revenue was $1 billion in 2018.
The company’s net income was $200 million in 2018.
