Introduction

JetBrains is a technology company that specializes in creating integrated development environments (IDEs) for software developers. The company was founded in 2000 by two former computer science students, Sergey Dmitrievich Sholom and Valentin Kostylev.

The company has grown rapidly since then and now employs over 600 people around the world. It has offices in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Germany and Kazakhstan as well as sales offices in North America and Japan.
