The SoftwareHUBs advises you to read these policies carefully before making any purchase. Your purchase shall be subject to these policies.

By accepting the terms of the platform, the buyer also accepts the policies contained in this section. Furthermore, if the buyer buys a product or service from SSG LLC’s SoftwareHUBs, the Platforms assumes that you have read and agreed to the shipping policy. These policies are applicable to domestic US countries.

Please note, that due to COVID-19, many shipping companies are prioritizing the shipments and receiving of emergency and necessary medical equipment. This could mean that your package maybe withheld with the shipping company for an extended period of time which would lead to longer wait times and delays. We hope you understand, as this is something completely out of our control.

All our products are shipped and delivered by well known companies across the United States such as USPS®, Royal Mail ®, and Electronic Delivery.

All orders are processed within 0-1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation

We offer two types of shipping:
1. Free Shipping for Digital License ( Electronic Delivery ) we will delivery your products immediately in couple hours or 1 day at max (excluding weekends and holidays)
2. Flat Rate ( USPS or Royal Mail ) for $5.95 ( 1-3 business days) around the U.S (excluding weekends and holidays)

To pack every single order, we use strong Media Download with Grant access to files, Media Package with Delivery signed protection to guarantee safety through shipping/delivery process.

If you received a tracking number via e-mail, it means that your order has been processed and shipped to the distribution facility. As soon as your information changes from “Processing” to “Completed”, it only takes about 24 hours the message will arrive in your e-mail inbox for Free Shipping 0-1 day and 1-3 business days for USPS or Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class
