History of Panda Software
Panda Software was founded in 1986 by three people: Rajesh Kumar, Suresh Kumar and Sanjay Tandon. The company’s first product was called Panda Antivirus, which was designed to protect DOS computers from viruses.
In the early days of Panda Software, the company focused on developing antivirus software for personal computers running Microsoft Windows 95/98/NT 4.0; however, it later expanded its offerings to include endpoint protection solutions for both Windows and Mac OS X platforms (including iOS devices). In addition to selling products directly through its website or through resellers such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Panda also offers cloud-based services via its Cloud Protection Suite offering that includes anti-malware protection along with other features such as data loss prevention (DLP) toolsets
